   Service in StarFleet is not limited to life aboard a starship. After all the human race is a race of explorers. From time to time exploration calls for a starship crew to beam down and explore strange new worlds. While the Prime Directive prevents us from interfering with another world's development, it does not say we can't mix and mingle with the inhabitants of the worlds we encounter.

   As with any good explorer documentation of our encounters away from the ship must be made. These records serve as a way for us to remember and re-live these experiences over and over. The crew of the U.S.S. GENE RODDENBERRY is no different in this respect. Here you will find images, audio, video and even written accounts of the Away Missions experienced by the crew of the U.S.S.
